Had a wonderful meeting with Facebook CEO Mr. Mark Zuckerberg . We discussed several issues during our meeting.<br />

I spoke to him about Swachh Bharat Mission. Mr. Zuckerberg shared that Facebook would assist the Government of India in the Clean India mobile application. This will surely give an impetus to Swachh Bharat Mission.<br />

Shri Narendra Modi said he wanted the Centre and each state government to work together in the spirit of “one and one – eleven.” Delivering the inaugural address at the “Invest Madhya Pradesh – Global Investors Summit – 2014″ at Indore, the Prime Minister said that following his recent summit level interactions with Japan, China and the US, “investment worth 100 billion dollars had applied for a visa to India.” It is now upto the states to grab a share of this investment, he added.<br />

साफ़ सफाई का अभियान बहुत ही काबिले तारीफ है ... मोदी जी की मंशा पर कोई संदेह होना भी तो नहीं है .<br />
लेकिन सिर्फ नागरिकों को दोष देना सही नहीं है ..<br />
अगर मुंबई दिल्ली बंगलौर जैसे कुछ बडे बड़े शहर को छोड़ दें तो पुरे भारत में आप घूमें कहीं भी हर मोड़ पर या मोहल्ले में कूड़े फेंकने के लिए कूड़ेदान नहीं बना या टब नहीं रखा होता ... आखिर घरों में कूड़ा जमा तो होता ही है.....फिर वो कहाँ फेंका जाए ?<br />
मज़बूरी और गन्दगी यअहिं से शुरू होती है न चाहते हुए भी किसी जगह तो गन्दगी फेंकनी पड़ती है ... और मैं तो बड़े शहरों में देखा हूँ कि कभी कभी कूड़े का अम्बार जमा हो कर सड़ता रहता है पर चार पांच दिनों तक उठाने वाली गाडी नहीं आती ..<br />
इसी तरह बड़े शहरों में अगर आप घूम रहे हैं और सू-सू लग जाए तो मूत्रालय मिल जाते हैं या कम से कम बड़े बड़े मॉल होते हैं जहां फ्रेश हो सकते है.... लेकिन छोटे शहरों में .. ? तो क्या लोग मूत्र विसर्जन ना करें ? या घर से पानी पीकर ना निकलें ?? महिलाओं को तो और भी ज्यादा समस्या झेलनी पड़ती है अगर साथ में पुरुष है तो ऐसी जगह खोजना बहन बेटी पत्नी के लिए बहुत मुश्किल और शर्मिंदगी भरा हो जाता है ...<br />
मोदी जी पहले सरकारी स्तर पर पुरे देश के नगरनिगम को व्यवस्थित कीजिये सिर्फ बड़े शहरों में कुछ जगह कूड़ेदान रखवाने से कुछ नहीं होने वाला.. पहले पुरे देश के मुख्यमंत्रियों को बुला कर ये लागू करवाइए .. लोगों से पूछिए कि किनके इलाके में कूड़ा नहीं उठाया जाता .. या उस इलाके में कूड़ा उठाव केंद्र नहीं है ..<br />
नागरिकों के पास ये बहाने नहीं हैं बल्कि उनकी मज़बूरी है ... अगर कूड़ेदान है और उसके बाहर कोई गन्दगी फैलाता है तो जो सजा दो मंजूर है ..<br />

स्वच्छ भारत अभियान’ सफ़ल नहीं होने की संभावनाएँ<br />
माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्रमोदी जी,<br />
‘स्वच्छ भारत अभियान’ की पहल के लिए बधाई व शुभेच्छा के साथ आप से नम्र निवेदन है की यह अभियान में कुछ बातोँ यदि ध्या न नहीं रखा गया तो यह सफ़ल नहीं होने की संभावना दिखाई देती है I कारण –<br />
1. केवल फोटो खीचाने के लिये जाडू चलने का दिखावा : जमीनी स्तर पर वास्तविकता यह है कि आप के सभी मन्त्री एवं राज्यों के सभी नेता केवल मिडिया में फोटो के लिए ही जाडू हाथ में लेते हे, फोटो खीचते ही नेता लोग जाडू अन्य कर्मचारी को पकड़ा देते है, क्या इतना करने सही पुरे स्थान की सफाई हो जायेगी ? उदाहरण के तोर पे राजस्थान की मुख्यमन्त्री ने जाडू हाथ में ली, तीन-चार बार घुमाई, फोटो खिचाई और चल दी I ऐसे ही सारे नेता-अभिनेता लोग करेंगे तो क्या पूरा भारत स्वच्छ होगा? पूरी तरह से सफाई करने की जिम्मेदारी क्या केवल जनता की ही है ? नेताओं नहीं? जो नेता स्वयं कार्य ना करे और वह दूसरों से कार्य पूरा कराने अपेक्षा रखे तो सफलता मिलने में निश्चित ही संदेह होगा I माननीय मोदी जी आप कुछ ऐसा करे ताकि देश नेता लोग केवल फोटो खिचवाने का काम ना करके दिल से राष्ट्रभक्ति के साथ वास्तविक सेवा करे I देश के प्रत्येक नागरिक इमानदारी से स्वयं की जिम्मेदारी समजे चाहे वो नेता हो या सामान्य यक्ति, तभी ये अभियान सफ़ल होगा I यही आशा के साथ जय हिन्द I<br />
2. देश के सभी अधिकारियों व कर्मचारीयों पर भी निगरानी हो : पिछले साठ सालो से जनता देखती आई है की सरकार की कोई भी योजना लागू होती है तब 1 रुपये में केवल 5-10 पैसे ही जनता तक पहुचता है और योजना पूरी होने के बाद भी यथार्थ लाभ देश में दिखाई नहीं देता I माननीय मोदी जी हमारे में पहले के नेता लोग कुछ अधिकारी एवं कर्मचारीयों से मिलकर योजनाओ के ‘घासचारा, कोयला, इत्यादि के करोड़ों-अरबों रूपये खा गए इस सच्चाई को पूरा देश जानता है I कृपया इस सफाई अभियान में एसी निगरानी रखी जाये जिससे योजनओ से ‘खायकी’ रुके और सभी अधिकारी एवं कर्मचारी पूरी ईमानदारी से देशसेवा करें I तभी ये अभियान 100% सफ़ल होगा I यही आशा के साथ वंदेमातरम् II भारतमाता की जय II – सत्यप्रेम (कॉमा,भरतपुर,राजस्थान)<br />
